Work item check-in
Work item check-in provides airport style check-in for invitees to a work item. Check-in allows organisations to ask invitees questions, and to also complete any required inductions prior to attending site.
Check-in process
When a user is invited to a work item schedule, they are sent an e-mail with the details of the schedule including a link to perform check-in.
Users with the app, are able to login with their e-mail address and access the check-in url from their my work item list report.
-
The user will be asked to confirm their contact information
By completing contact information ahead of time, it saves time while attending site
-
The user will be asked any questions that the organisation wants the user to answer
An organisation may require a user to answer questions relating to safety that are specific to their industry
-
The user will be shown a list of inductions that have been attached to the schedule, and display whether the user's induction is current or not.
V-Raptor enforces the user to have current induction records for the duration of the schedule.
-
The user will be shown any induction material, followed by a quiz if attached to the induction.
If the user gets a quiz question incorrect, they will get a chance to answer the questions until they get them all correct with the incorrect answers highlighted.
-
Once the user has confirmed all their details and inductions, they will be shown a confirmation page. Once check-in has been completed, any future visits to the check-in URL will show the user the confirmation page.
Users who do not check-in ahead of time are able to complete an assisted check-in with the assistance of a authorised member of the organisation. The type of check-in the user has completed is recorded by V-Raptor.
