How do I upgrade my organisation?

Upgrading you organisation can be done with your organisations settings.

Can you synchronise users with a directory service?

V-Raptor cannot currently synchronise users with a directory service.

Where is my data stored?

V-Raptor securely stores data within Australia on the Microsoft Azure cloud.

How do I switch to dark mode?

Dark mode can be enabled in your operating system settings. This will be different depending if you are using Android, iOS, or Windows.

What happens if I do not renew my subscription?

Subscribed organisations that do not renew at a premium tier will revert to the free tier. Some features are not available on the free tier and usage entitlements will be capped to the free tier entitlements.

Yes, subscribed organisations can add additional SMS.
