Workgroups

Workgroups comprise the teams required to deliver a product. A workgroup can consist of multiple teams performing different tasks. Work items can be assigned to a team instead of an individual for flexibility to allow teams to self manage their work.

Creating a workgroup

  1. Click on the menu button to open the menu

  2. Ensure you have an organisation selected

  3. Click on the + button to the right of the Workgroups section

  4. Enter details for the new workgroup

  • Workgroup name

    The full name of the workgroup

  • Workgroup description

    A description for the workgroup

  1. Click the Create button to save the new workgroup

Editing an existing workgroup

  1. Click on the menu button to open the menu

  2. Click the gear icon next to the organisation name to go to the settings screen for your organisation

  3. Select the Workgroups menu item

  4. A list of workgroups are displayed, select the workgroup that you wish to edit

  5. Make your changes, and click Save changes
