What's new

Documents

You can now bookmark documents that you work on or refer to often.

You can now view a list of documents you recently accessed.

Document changes are now staged on the server.

Multiple users can now collaborate on staging document changes at the same time. Users will see the field other users are working on in real time.

View customisation has been added allowing sheets and columns to be made visible or hidden. The view is saved with the document changes.

Sheet name can now be set.

Sheet styles can be customised allowing for the following style customisations when exported to DOCX:

  • clause id column placement
  • column title visibility
  • table borders
  • sheet page size
  • sheet page orientation
  • sheet page margins

Column name and width can be now be set.

Documents can now be forked, enabling creating new documents from a template.

Individual clauses can now be re-ordered within a document.

The clause prefix for a document can now be set in the document info.

Added the document hierarchy panel for quick navigation between headers within a document.

Added the ability to raise work items against the open document.

Work item list filters can now be set.

What's new

Safety Management System

V-Raptor now has COVID safe touchless ways of signing a toolbox. Attendees can sign a toolbox using their smart phone camera to scan a QR code. Pre-invited attendees can also access the toolbox from their dashboard.

Documents

V-Raptor can now import CSV files into documents completing import-export of requirements to CSV format in addition to exporting to XLSX.

Document types has been added to V-Raptor allowing documents to be automatically numbered from a Prefix. Work Item Prefixes has been changed to Prefixes allowing a Prefix to be shared by any number of Document and Work Item Types.

Work Item Sharing

Share work item lists associated with a fleet to a customer or supplier without them having to be in your organisation.

Work Item Management

Inviting attendees to a work item schedule will now autocomplete past attendees.

Work item action buttons now require a confirmation to prevent accidental activation.
